This house has had much acclaim over the years. We still have people requesting to buy the plans for their own use. It has also inspired others to seek our design services. It is representative work of what can be done with a makeover, rather than a complete tear down and rebuild. This house was a featured design in Sarah Susanka’s book “Creating the Not So Big House” that has grown to a national residential movement.
