Port Blakely Residence

The Owner of this one story waterfront home required a new office space and garage. The most logical spot for the new office is on the driveway side. We elevated the office in the tower, allowing a pretty impressive panoramic view of the water and surrounding areas.

The entry to the house was redesigned to be more gracious.  The sequence starts at the driveway and new garage, proceeds through the archway, through a courtyard garden, and into the house.  The master suite was also enhanced and enlarged.  On the water side, the living space window wall was reconfigured with new taller windows and barrel vaulted ceiling to take advantage of the sky view as well as reach more natural light.
