Publication:
A new modern family home that plays off the context of the neighborhood, while striking off on its on to take advantage of site specific views. The house has two axes. One is oriented to the street to create an approachable façade. The other is oriented to the city and mountain view. The view is maximized via a two-story window wall
The interior spaces provide uncomplicated flow with an open plan, both horizontally and vertically. Spaces vary from grand to intimate.
Close attention has been given to materials, both interior and exterior. At the interior, the materials unify the spaces. At the exterior, the materials tie into the neighborhood.
